SUGAR FREE/NO ADDED SUGAR
While naturally occurring sugar in fruits and vegetables is part of a healthy diet, added sugar should be consumed at a minimum. It is recommended that no more than 10% of your daily caloric intake should come from added sugars. There may still be a small amount of sugar, even with a sugar-free claim. Sugar-free includes naturally occurring and added sugars but doesn’t include artificial sweeteners.
GLUTEN FREE
Gluten is a protein that occurs naturally in grains. However, a product can be processed to remove gluten or contain less than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten. Although some Country Farms products contain wheat grass and barley grass, these are grasses and do not contain gluten.
